Right now, employees at Sky enjoy six months full paid maternity leave when they have a child. Here at ITV it's less than that. And while there's a big demand for more flexible working and job shares at ITV - it can still depend on your manager as to whether you're allowed to work more flexibly.

If we're going to bring ITV into line with our competitors, we can't rely on a few people to decide to improve our policies. We're going to have to use people-power to show ITV that we expect more when it comes to our flexible working and parental leave policies.
